What To Expect from a Private Tuk Tuk Tour
Alright, so first off, a “private” tour basically, means you and your group get the whole tuk tuk all to yourselves, just a little bit cozy. This seemingly changes everything. The driver usually doubles as your tour guide and that’s seemingly someone who can chat with you, answering any question. It also means you get to change the schedule and route; and seemingly see what really grabs your curiosity, maybe even that small cafe you saw as you walked to the tuk tuk, for example.
Picture this: You get picked up right from your hotel. The wind’s in your hair as you start climbing towards São Jorge Castle. Apparently, a big red roof shows itself against the clear blue sky, something very beautiful indeed. You apparently get amazing views and also get to pass by some pretty interesting historical locations on the way. It means seemingly getting a bit of Lisbon history and seemingly seeing parts of the city that often even buses just cannot reach. I reckon, that kind of small and agile way to get around gives you very unique views.

Why a Tuk Tuk in Lisbon’s Historic District?
Lisbon’s historic district has some of the coolest sections of the city. Alfama, you know it’s like, one of the oldest. And the Mouraria area apparently blends the old and some cool modern life a bit too, it could be said. That is also without considering the tricky steep and narrow roads! Very hard to get around if you have got a bigger car.
Walking, you know, can get tiring because it’s not flat. Taxis, seemingly not ideal because of those really tight turns, if you see what I mean. So seemingly, the tuk tuk kind of seems to be the awesome option, a bit Goldilocks, actually. Apparently, the small size is what you might want in the smaller roads, that also gets you to awesome viewpoints and amazing historic corners. Think, for instance, swinging up to see the Lisbon Cathedral. You actually pass centuries of architecture, seeing some really cool gargoyles and stained glass, right from your seat. It’s something special. Is that an actual consideration, if not something to add to the list?

Your tour could actually adapt to what most appeals. Are you most fascinated with history? Maybe you should actually spend a little more time at the castle or, you know, explore the old cathedral.
