Georgian Food: A Feast for the Senses

Georgian cuisine, is that what really sets this place apart? Let me tell you, the food is certainly more than just something you eat on the tour; it’s truly, a part of the whole experience. As I was saying, lunch is generally a ‘supra,’ a classic Georgian feast which involves so many dishes that it looks, basically, like the table’s about to give way, basically. We’re talking khachapuri oozing with cheese, juicy khinkali dumplings, flavorful stews, salads bursting with freshness, as well as enough grilled meats to satisfy any carnivore, alright.

The Scenery: Kakheti is Beautiful, arguably

Besides the wine and food, there’s definitely the landscape of Kakheti to enjoy, clearly. Imagine rolling hills covered in grape vines, that is almost all you see for a bit, so. Very, ancient monasteries perch on hilltops, very, little villages are actually clinging to the valleys. It’s usually a treat for the eyes, as a matter of fact, everywhere you look, basically.

Having a personal driver just adds to it because you can sit back, unwind, as well as take it all in without being concerned about directions or pretty much anything else. If the weather’s very good, ask your driver to pull over at a scenic viewpoint; it’s certainly worth it, too it’s almost!
