If you ask me, the Costa Verde in Peru is like your super spot that brings city life straight to the sea. Very much famed for its cool views and awesome location, but I think it also packs quite a punch, you know, like where eating and drinking is involved. I wanted to talk about a bit so you get all of the very finest spots when you plan a trip.

1. Is that La Rosa Nautica Restaurant really all that?

Right, so La Rosa Nautica is kind of this seriously iconic spot, like sitting pretty on a pier, kind of jutting out into the ocean. Almost every person loves the seriously wonderful setting, like with great views and just this total vintage stylish thing. I reckon their menu is what really hooks people in, it is all about awesome Peruvian grub with some sea flavors, you know? That is some plates people go pretty nuts over seem to be the ceviche – that they make very, very well. Is that causa – that they do really, really good; or too its almost the arroz con mariscos (rice with seafood) too. If your asking me it is just great chow, great ocean vista; which should mean perfect eating location.

2. What is so cool about Astrid & Gaston?

Ok, Astrid & Gaston, is that another big name on the Lima scene. Yet very fancy because the place did so great, the spot just went ahead to get global buzz and everyone is pretty sure this place helps to represent how eating in Peru does so awesome today. So, that its Lima place shows Peru eating creativity with classic looks but new stuff thrown into those old meals. The vibe is chic, kind of good for dinner nights you can enjoy super meals like the roasted octopus too or just go try out whatever crazy meal they just made this week; like just cool stuff!

3. Are the views at Cala Restaurant spectacular?

Very nice if what you want is eating facing straight onto some gnarly Pacific waves. More or less built straight into Costa Verde, Cala has windows that face toward ocean for some spectacular eats. Very modern inside with that hip place vibe; and you will very much discover meals that fuse med food ideas into that great Peru eating style we love; that, and the venue does some tasty cocktails when folks might want to get sloshed on their cool costa verde journey.

4. Why would I want to go to Embarcadero 41?

First, I think I want to speak a little something relating that it is well reputed across those in Lima. Anyhow Embarcadero 41, as a matter of fact, they rock for like those perfect seafood feasts! So really picture all types of Peruvian dishes. Really done up to high-end grade stuff. Actually if you are really craving that perfect ceviche you know or what about wanting that classy parihuela (kinda like some spicy stew with tasty sea stuff). Or actually maybe something else? Seriously every dish coming right outta there. Probably really shows pure Peruvian sea tastes and its always super busy which kinda tells something about quality; almost.

5. Is there anything unique about Mangos?

Lastly its important to recall places that can deal well in diff tastes, like that Mango. Now its very inside the Larcomar mall. Usually it just hands you tasty foods and some big vista shots staring off over Costa Verde. Usually you see the thing deals with Peruvian meals; yet they switch it out when somebody wants from international style; still those meals make folks pretty happy. Very too many come to gawk at some sweet sunset; or almost grab food quickly while in middle a shop thing. Kind of really helpful for just kickback vibes after you been all around!
