Well, you’ve come to the right place. The Costa Verde, or Green Coast, sprawls southwest of Rio and is, like, one of Brazil’s best-kept secrets. Think of dense rainforest meeting pristine beaches, all dotted with charming colonial towns. To give you an idea, I want to walk you through, like, five fantastic day trips. These destinations give you a taste of the unbelievable beauty and, in some respects, the rich culture this area is known for.
